This book is like an art book, full of exquisite photographs.  It is the second Chocolate book I've reviewed, this being the more upmarket one of the two.  Mouth-watering recipes like the old favorite chocolate mousse (4 recipes!), brownies, banoffee, and the obligatory chocolate cake, abound.  There's also a section entitled "Chic Chocolate" which is bound to give you ideas on how to show-off at dinner parties.  If you're dieting, read this at your own risk!  It's unbelievably tempting and inspiring.  I know it's going to take something special to keep me from peeping into this fabulous book at every spare moment.
I WANT CHOCOLATE! may be purchased and/ordered through your local bookstore.
Conclusion - Quite incredible.
