I found another of these little cookbooks that I fell in love with.  Packed to the gills with recipes (84) that'll have you sloshing sauces over anything you can find.  Not only are there sauces for savory dishes, but also for desserts.  Look at the appetizing picture on page 7 of the Herbed Garlic Marinade (served with a beef brisket)!  Use any of these sauces to enhance a potentially dry dish and you'll hike your reputation up a few notches.  Sauces like Basil Red Sauce; Cranberry-Orange Barbecue Sauce (now that sounds good); Warm Dressing for Spinach Salad, and Caramel Sauce (will dress up a plain cake too, or ice cream).  The Spicy Black Bean Dip sounds heavenly.
Beautifully illustrated.  No nutritional guides.
Conclusion - Part of a whole collection of booklets, this one will have you never running out of ideas on how to sauce up a dish, and you can't find a better price!
