People say we should live for today for tomorrow is an uncertainty.  If they didn't say it, then I just did.  Ya just never know!  Too many of us are stuck in a rut, be it an eating rut, a lack of exercise rut, a no enthusiasm rut, a depression rut, you name it.  Getting out of a rut and moving on to new and better things is easier said than done.  When you're ready to clean up your act, Brook Noel's book is a great place to start.  Her life management skills have helped many women get back on track or at least to get onto a track.  From the get-go, Brook says in her book, "We cannot find a solution without first identifying what needs solving," which is where so many are stuck: they cannot or won't admit "it".  Her book takes you through steps to get yourself on the road to a new and less complicated you.  She offers many forms and checklists and worksheets to help keep you on track.  They help you identify certain aspects of your life, many of which could use some tweaking, and those include your wardrobe, your recipes, your family, re-doing your home decorating, your career, and many more.  Whether you're trying to iron out problems of self-discovery, self-esteem, goals, time management, and more, you'll find help and encouragement in this book, even if there is an enormous amount of forms to fill in and logs to keep.  Personally, too pedantic and OCD (confirmed on page 294) for my liking.  Perhaps some would do better at a workshop.  The only "list" I'll be making is the Mind Map which I thought useful and could work for me.

Conclusion - A helpful way of identifying what's holding you back.
