Biggest Book of Grilling
Better Homes and Gardens (Meredith Books)
ISBN 0-696-21896-8
Published January 2004 - Spiralbound - 416 pages - $19.95

If you're already planning dinner for spring and summer evenings, then this book on grilling should help you out.  There's nothing nicer than an outdoor meal.  If where you live is not conducive to eating outdoors, but you love grilling, don't despair as they've included an Indoor Grilling section so you can grill in winter too.  This is grilling in style and not just a case of throwing a couple of burgers and sausages on the fire.  This is a whole different aspect and the book is crammed with wonderful recipes like Filet Mignon with Portobello Sauce, Basil-Stuffed Steak, Jalapeño-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin, Hazelnut Pesto Turkey Breast, Buffalo Chicken Wings, Zucchini Crab Cakes, Orange and Dill Sea Bass, and Bananas Suzette over Grilled Pound Cake.  And, there are over 400 hundred recipes to choose from.  Barbecuing in America has become a way-of-life and now you can better your skills by having a go at trying this book.  They have even included Barbara Bush's Barbecued Chicken recipe (see page 135)!  This truly is a huge and helpful book and is broken up into meat, poultry, fish, burgers and pizzas, smoke cooking, and sauces and side dishes.  There is even a section on desserts to round off your evening.  Not illustrated but I love the spiral binding.
Conclusion - A must for any serious griller.
