What's Cooking VEGETARIAN
by Jenny Stacey
Thunder Bay Press
ISBN 1-57145-181-1
Published 1999 - Hardcover - 256 pages

This is just one title in the What's Cooking series of cookbooks.  It's a glossy, full-color cookbook, jam-packed with scrumptious recipes, and, you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy these meals.  If you're looking for a break from meat, meat, meat, then this is the perfect solution  The book is beautifully put together with easy-to-follow instructions, plus a "cook's tip" for almost every recipe.  There's a little bit of Italian, a little bit of Indian, and some Mexican (and others) influence scattered here and there.  Plus great twists on how to change the usual vegetables into something special.  Even though it was published years ago, good food doesn't date.  And, it's not all tofu and beans.  It doesn't count calories or fat - yum, yum.
What's Cooking VEGETARIAN cookbook may be purchased and/or ordered through your local bookstore.
Conclusion - Great gifts for newlyweds or anyone starting out on their own. BookBrowser
