In my opinion, one can never tire of pasta.  It seems as though every time you look around there is something new — recipes, products, gadgets, etc.  Thankfully, because that way spaghetti and pasta will never be just spaghetti or just pasta.  Pamela Sheldon Johns presents a fabulous array of sauces to try over your beloved pasta.  After an interesting Introduction, we're offered this selection: Vegetable Sauces; Dairy Sauces; Meat Sauces, and Seafood Sauces — all bases covered.  The very first recipe appealed to me: Broccoli Cream Sauce, and so did these: Asparagus & Butter Sauce; Wild Mushroom Sauce; Cream Sauce with Prosciutto and Peas, and Sausage & Pepper Sauce with Olives and Basil.  You can even make your own pasta using the recipe Ms.Johns supplies.  Classic sauces like carbonara, pesto, four-cheese, bolognese, and clam sauce are also included.  No longer a staple food just in Italy, pasta and noodles are eaten almost everywhere.
Exquisitely illustrated.  No nutritional guides.
Conclusion - Simply stunning and mouthwateringly tempting.
