This 'Essential' series of books is from the successful Australian cooking series, all rolled into one gorgeous book.  You don't have to be afraid to cook pasta, any pasta, anymore.  Beautifully illustrated, with examples of just about every type of pasta you can imagine, plus, they have the ever-important step-by-step guides.  Being a huge pasta fan (I make my own), this book will become my only source of reference, for now.  You'll find sauces, meat, chicken, and seafood dishes, creamy pasta, salads, and more.  There is an interesing section on Cheeses too.  They've also included nutritional information and star ratings for ease of preparation for each recipe.  If this doesn't entice you to be more adventurous in your kitchen, hire a cook.
PASTA may be purchased and/or ordered through your local bookstore.
