I wish I had a grill because I love grilled food so much.  I love grilling cookbooks almost as much as there seems to be an endless amount of recipes and great ideas.  I have to say that when I think of grilled food, I never even consider hotdogs or even hamburgers.  Perhaps my own ground beef concoction, but certainly not wieners.  Good Italian or German sausages, yes!  Grilling is not only for meat; more vegetable and fruit recipes are popping up all over the place, including in this book, which is great news for vegetarians or for those who are watching their meat intake.  Noted chef/author Micol Negrin's offerings in this book include: Antipasti; Pizza, Focaccio, and Other Primi; Fish and Seafood; Meat and Poultry; Vegetables; Sauces, Marinades, and Spice Rubs, and Sweet Endings.  She also offers Suggested Menus - how nice not to have to fret about putting together a menu!  If you're new to grilling, do read pages 10-17 for grilling tips as well as marinating tips.  Some rather tempting recipes include: Neopolitan Calzone; Whole Trout with Garlicky Bread-Crumb Stuffing; Clams in a Packet with Oregano, Garlic, and White Wine (yum yum - I'd use mussels instead of clams); Herb-Marinated Pork Chops over Grilled Pepper Salad, and Savory Sausage and Sweet Grape Skewers (sounds scrumptuous).  I really fancy Micol's Creamy Grilled Pepper Sauce.  I can't readily imagine fruit on a grill except perhaps apples.  I'm yearning for summer.  And a grill!
