We all need to up our awareness of what we eat, and you'll not be lost for ideas for your family's meals - healthy meals. I love frittata and was delighted to see wonderful recipes such as Spinach-Tomato Frittata, Basil-Zucchini-Potato Frittata, and Cheesy Tomato Frittata. This book features Easy Breakfast Dinners; 20-Minute Meals; Quick Family Favorites; 5-Ingredient Dinners; On-the-Go Dinners, and Grill It! Some recipes that appealed to me include: Mandarin-Smoked Turkey Salad; Sautéed Parmesan Chicken; Pork and Pineapple Stir-Fry; Easy Chicken Tetrazzini; Crispy Oven-Baked Fish; Spiced Apple Pork Chops; Milanese Beef Grill, and Grilled Marinated Shrimp - all dishes you can whip up for guests and are not too time-consuming for a meal just for yourself. There's also a great selection of sandwiches - always a hit, especially with either a salad or soup. There's also informative reading on the benefits of eating healthily, getting more nutrition from what we eat, and fruit and veggies. Visit the Pillsbury website.
