Love, love, love Tina Fey.  Versatile doesn't begin to describe this phenomenally talented actress/writer/comedienne.  Always smiling and hysterically funny, Ms. Fey is someone to rely on to make us laugh.  Her book is, naturally, full of humor as she talks about her childhood and growing up.  There are any number of one-liners in her book as she traces her life back to a little girl, a young girl, and other recollections of the seventies.  She talks about her theatre friends, her gay and lesbian friends, and her early foray into shows, and reading these stories is like listening to Tina tell them to you.  In some cases you can hear her laughter in her sentences.  Much of the first 80 pages or so, until she enrolls at The Second City improv company, is about meeting boys, jobs after college, and people she worked with and how she learned to improvise and express herself on stage.  She talks about her nine years at and on Saturday Night Live, some of the people she worked with, gags and skits, how to be a good mother, portraying Sarah Palin, her job at 30 Rock, and getting old.  Oh, and there's a chapter on beauty just for good measure.  To me, the funniest thing in the book is the Spot the Differences on page 160.  I have to say I found the "humor" a little monotonous.  Not everything can be made to be funny, nor should it.  While I love Ms. Fey, I didn't love her book.  I liked it.
Conclusion - More like a comical summary of her life.  Not bad, but not great.
