If you're a dessert person or know someone who needs a few new dessert recipes, you'll love this book.  Eighty delightful recipes for just $1.  Can't beat that.  There are favorites like Coconut Banana Pudding as well as trifles, pies, and bars to consider making.  And not only are there pies, also included in these recipes are tarts, cakes, pastries, and more.  Recipes that jumped out at me include: Blueberry-Lemon Tarts; Tapioca-Peach Parfaits; Rum-Raisin Bars, and Chocolate Shortbread Bars (mmmmmm).  Something different (for me) is Apple-Cheddar Pie.  I'd never heard of this combination, but then I don't get out much.  I think I'd love the Piña Colada Pie but don't fancy the vanilla instant pudding mix in the ingredients.  Ditto the Creamy Pineapple-Orange Dessert.  The Creamy Blueberry Squares recipe sounds like a quick way to make a cheesecake-like dessert.  If you have the fresh fruit, the Fruit Fiesta sounds like a winner.
