Chocolate
by Katherine Edelston
Thunder Bay Press
ISBN 1-57145-956-1
Published 2003 - Softcover - 400 pages - $7.98

This little book is enough to tempt you beyond your toughest self-control efforts.  Four hundred pages of mind-blowing chocolate delights and over 90 recipes, with more than 300 photographs.  Sound like heaven?  There is even a History of Chocolate.  This is a beautifully illustrated little book with wonderful ideas for gifts (see pages 43 and from 364), as well as cookies, cakes, pastries, desserts, and more.  Pass me a napkin, please.  There is a little of everything including chocolate tagliatelle for goodness sake!  I loved their quote, "Chocolate is cheaper than therapy, and you don't need an appointment."
CHOCOLATE may be purchased and/or ordered through your local bookstore.
Conclusion - Just delicious and hard to put down. BookBrowser
