The Book of Chocolate
by Carol Tennant
HP Books
ISBN 1-55788-430-7
Published August 2004 - Softcover - 96 pages - $12.00

Oh, how I love chocolate.  And this is another book to add to my growing collection.  Eighty recipes with step-by-step illustrations that include cakes and cookies, pies and puddings, ice cream, and more.  How about trying one of the chocolate fondue recipes?  Like Black Forest Fondue, or Classic Chocolate Fondue, and Chocolate Honey Fondue (with dried fruits).  They've also got a few recipes for chocolates that you can give away as gifts as well as some choccie drinks.  There are hints for melting and working with chocolate too.  I've always felt intimidated when I want to make chocolate truffles, hence, I've never made them.  There's a fabulous-looking recipe on page 81 that I'm aching to try.  Give me just a moment or two and I'll let you know how they turn out.  I also fancy the Minty Mousse.
Conclusion - Great to have in your kitchen, especially if you love all things chocolate. BookBrowser
