A Passion for Chocolate
Better Homes and Gardens (Meredith Books)
ISBN 0-696-21174-2
Published November 2000 - Hardcover-wirebound - 96 pages - $16.95

This is the third book on chocolate I've reviewed and if you're looking for that special Valentine gift to make, you're bound to find a treat or two in A Passion for Chocolate.  Take for instance the very first recipe for Nut Rocha, or, Chocolate Chunk Cookies.  Mmmmmmm.  They also offer Frozen Treats, Pies and Pastries, Cakes and Tortes, and Sauces.  Staggeringly tempting, rich and delicious, putting this book down was difficult especially with my mouth watering so.  The flourless Chocolate Torte has one pound of chocolate, one pound of butter, 9 eggs, and more chocolate and cream!  HELP!  The Triple Chocolate Silk Pie looks superb but easily the most precious, are the Petite Chocolate Berry Pastries.  Help! again.  Chocolate is easily one of my favorite indulgences and when I have the time, I'm going to give some of these delectables a try.  Although, looking at page 13, I don't think I'm qualified!  Oh, and these are not for those who are watching their calories.
Conclusion - The perfect gift for any chocoholic and/or candy-maker.
