4-Step Chicken Recipes
Sterling Publishing Co., Inc.
ISBN 1-4027-0730-4
Published January 2006 - Softcover - 191 pages - $12.95

Chicken is so versatile and now here's another cookbook on chicken recipes, in four easy steps.  There's no excuse not to use chicken (unless you don't like it) as all the hard work's been done for us (thanks!) so it's time-saving too.  The very first recipe, Cajun Chicken Wings with Garlic had me sitting up in my seat.  I adore chicken curry so the third recipe really had me paying attention, as did the Tandoori Chicken and the one on page 29.  I like the idea of Chicken Liver Brochettes as a novel dish.  Another different dish is Chicken Sausages with Creamy Mustard Sauce.  These can all be made in just four steps!  Chicken with Rum and Pineapple sounds exotic.  One of my favorite chicken dishes is Tarragon Chicken so I was happy to come across two recipes, on pages 79 and 145.  I didn't fancy Maple Chicken or Peanut Chicken I have to say.  There really isn't any excuse for not making and serving healthy food to your family - these recipes have helped to make it so much simpler.
The recipes are arranged in sections of grilled meals, oven-roasted, sautéed, simmered, sandwiches or "little surprises".  And there are a lot more curry-influenced dishes. Mmmmm.  Beautifully illustrated throughout.
Conclusion - A superb addition to anyone's kitchen.
