I adore cheeses, most cheeses, and couldn't wait to get my hands on this little booklet. "Cheese Lover", that's me. The very first recipe, Florentine Dip, got my attention. Three kinds of cheese, spinach, sour cream and more! There are lots of cheesy things to choose from, among which are quiches, pinwheels, baked potatoes, pâté, and cheesecakes. Recipes that appealed to my palate include: Crab-filled Phyllo Triangles; Stuffed French Loaf; Orange Cheesecakes, and Mushroom Pie. The Feta Cheesecake sounds intriguing. Something I've never heard of but like the sound of, is Marinated Mozzarella. Cheeses used include cream cheese, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, feta, mozzarella, brie, and bleu cheese. Why is guacamole and Spicy Pecans included? They don't have any cheese in the ingredients. Thank goodness I didn't see Velveeta in any recipes. It's not cheese in my opinion.
