What a handy little book to have in the kitchen.  Especially on those weekends when sleeping in can be achieved, sometimes.  There's nothing nicer than a hearty brunch to get you going.  These 81 recipes cover everything from eggs and bacon, muffins, jams, main dishes, appetizers, beverages, and more.  The very first recipe of Spinach-Feta Strata sounds delicious and is ready in about 40 minutes.  Other enticing recipes to consider for your next family brunch, or solo meal, are: Potato Croquettes (something different); Apple-Pecan Salad; Hot Spinach Dip (yum yum), and the delectable Orange Tart (looks like a work of art!).  I love the Sweet or Savory Pastries (Lemon-Almond or Ham and Cheese) with braided pastry and all.  Even I could make this!  What an inspiration these recipes are to get a brunch tradition going in your life.
Beautifully illustrated.  No nutritional guides.
Conclusion - Part of a whole collection of booklets, perfect for every kind of cook and at an incredible price.
