I don't want to be famous, I just want to be a successful fundraiser for animals and wildlife.  Howard Bragman knows all about the famous and how they promote themselves, and what it takes in the way of public relations.  It's not a case of having a pretty face or a delectable body; invariably there is a battery of "helpers" guiding (hopefully) whoever it is wanting to get ahead.  He says, "-it's how you get the word out about who you are, what you are, and what you or your product can do."  (My personal hill to climb.)  So, Bragman shares his vast experience on how to present yourself (your product/idea) to the world in such a way that you'll be taken seriously.  Not everyone can afford the services of others to help them, so learning the pitfalls ahead of time is one inexpensive way you can help yourself.  Bragman recounts many celebrity hits and misses in the media (thus the public) where a little forethought would have come in handy.  This book is for the non-celebrity/CEO/artist/activist, etc., who just needs a little nudge in the right direction in order to make a go of his project/product.  You'll learn how to court the media, what to say and what not to say, how to hop on the media bandwagon, how to seize an opportunity to promote yourself or your product, and a whole lot more very useful and up to the minute information.  The media can be a beast, but beasts can often be tamed, and Bragman is the ringmaster.  Hopefully I'll be able to implement what Bragman says into launching my series of wildlife photography books to raise funds for animals and wildlife.

Conclusion - Sound advice for anyone seeking the limelight, and solid info for those wishing to further themselves.
